We want you to be satisfied with your hardware purchase. We realize that choosing the right product is difficult without the benefit of seeing the finish in person. In an effort to assist you in this endeavor we will be happy to ship up to 3 different items (1 quantity of each item) from any of our manufacturers for you to inspect in the comfort of your own home. Our Customer's total satisfaction is our primary goal. Please note, only one sample order per household.

PLACING A SAMPLE ORDER: Just place your order online as you would a regular order, and be sure to choose the sample box on the order form. Please understand that offering samples is very costly, therefore, no credit will be issued unless a subsequent order is placed of equal or greater value than the sample order.

ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SAMPLE'S: Open your samples and feel free to place them on your cabinets, we won't penalize you for returning opened samples. Show them to a friend, get others' opinions, and make sure you're happy with your selection.

QUALIFIED PRODUCTS ONLY: The sample policy refers to cabinet hardware only and no samples may be ordered for bath accessories, switch plates, doorbells, tile and other home accents.

Any item over $20.00 can not be considered a sample and will incur Restocking Fees if returned. All Corona Products are Non-Returnable regardless of manufacturer.

SAMPLE RETURNS: Mail back your unwanted sample (s) up to 14 days after receipt to our Cape Cod Showroom for a full credit minus our low shipping fee unless otherwise noted.
